This patch adds NMS-AMQP message conversions. It sends/receives Hello World
text messages through an Qpidd broker.
Next steps include through PrimitiveMap handling and using Amqp1.0 protocol as
the default.
At that point this jira issue would be complete. Then new issues could be
opened to track Amqp Provider defects and omissions.
