The following message is logged even if the Jetty Server Host is set to use a
specific IP:

INFO | ActiveMQ WebConsole available at http://localhost:8161/

Looking at org/apache/activemq/web/WebConsoleStarter.java, the URL is hard
coded to localhost:
{code}
// for embedded console log what port it uses
if ("embedded".equals(webconsoleType)) {
// show the url for the web consoles / main page so people can spot
it
String port = System.getProperty("jetty.port");
if (port != null) {
LOG.info("ActiveMQ WebConsole available at
http://localhost:{}/";, port);

The log message doesn't account for users setting the Jetty host property.
