When using IBM's open sourced MQLight Node module
(https://www.npmjs.org/package/mqlight) that implements the 1.0 spec for AMQP.
MQLight is encoding (using encodeURIComponent) Queue names. This causes the
Queue name in ActiveMQ to appear incorrectly because the Queue name appears
encoded.
Can ActiveMQ decode (encodeURIComponent or URLEncoder) Queue names before
creation. This is only an issue when using the AMQP protocol.
NOTE: Currently IBM's MQLight Node module is the only Node module that
implements the 1.0 spec of AMQP.
