Description: allow some sort of disaster recovery (was: We should have the
option of having multiple backups for a node.
When doing so we should specify what service level we are expected to have in
sync mode. A Remote site could introduce latency and other issues hence we
should limit the possibility of syncing the OperationContext with remote
backups through a configuration option.)
