Currently (in the latest release 5.11) the MQTT name-space as it's given in the
incoming message is stored in the DB. One optimization I had to make on
unsubscribe was to ensure the namespaces lined up with JMS to eliminate a dip
into the database for each subscription.. For me to do this, the 'destinations'
Map names needed to correlate with the JMS name..
I moved the name conversion to the top layer so as to align these two..
I also had to add a escape feature such that an MQTT Name space could use a '.'
in the namespace without major JMS confusion..
