We are accessing webservices through wsdl url().
but some times we are getting the following issue while accessing Webservices:
This is a Random issue and facing once/twice a Day.
This issue gets resolved after restarting Tomcat
NEED PERMANENT SOLUTION FOR THIS ISSUE.
