Fix For: 5.12.0
The values used in the message annotation to indicate destination type are
changed in the JMS over AMQP mapping and should now be applied in the outbound
JMS transformer.
For now we can continue to apply the legacy annotations for the legacy QPid JMS
client but should remove those in the future.
