In trying this Tim spotted an issue with 0.9, which I worked on a fix for via
PROTON-853. There have also been a few memory leaks found in 0.9 (and prior)
that I resolved via PROTON-848, PROTON-849, PROTON-854. There will be a 0.9.1
release incorporating these and other important fixes since 0.9 went out, so we
will likely want to use that release for the broker instead.
