ARTEMIS-218 auto-create in cluster
I'm not 100% certain this is the problem described on ARTEMIS-218, but I
did find a problem with auto-creating JMS queues in a cluster and I've resolved
it.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/jbertram/activemq-artemis ARTEMIS-218
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/activemq-artemis/pull/296.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
