Adding new maven dependency for mqtt protocol project

I am working on implementing few things in the mqtt protocol project. I have
used the below two dependencies

        <dependency>
            <groupId>org.apache.commons</groupId>
            <artifactId>commons-collections4</artifactId>
            <version>4.1</version>
        </dependency>

        <dependency>
            <groupId>org.toubassi.femtozip</groupId>
            <artifactId>femtozip</artifactId>
            <version>1.0</version>
        </dependency>

It is working perfectly fine when I build and run from IntelliJ IDE.
However, when I use the command "mvn clean install -Prelease", the build is
successful but I get classNotFound exception at runtime. 

Could someone please guide me what the issue might be?
