Just for consistency's sake, can you remove the square brackets from around
the JIRA? Back in the old days those were required for tracking commits, but
they aren't needed with current tools.
Also, can you add a simple test to ensure the new functionality is working
as expected and that if it changes inadvertently in the future we'll catch it?
