NO-JIRA upgrade maven-surefire-plugin to 2.19.1
Version 2.19 improves filtering with the `-Dtest` option and even allows
exclusions, like
mvn ... -Dtest=\!LargeMessage\*
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/jdanekrh/activemq-artemis jd_upgrade_surefire
