Clebert, thanks for the feedback and for testing it out. It may make sense
to just move all of the Artemis CLI functionality into this new project at
some point and then we can have one big CLI for people to use.

I have created the initial release for ActiveMQ CLI Tools. This first
release contains a basic CLI to export a KahaDB or Multi KahaDB store to
XML which can then be imported by Artemis version 2.0.0 or later.
The version is 0.1.0 as I consider this kind of a beta version and there
will be bugs/issues to work out before version 1.0.0 but I think it's a
good idea at this point to make the first release so people can try it
out.
