I could not find if there is check whether journal-file-size is higher or
equal to alignment (disc sector size) as it's theoretically minimum value. This
is really low risk, just commenting it here whether it's worth to check it.
Based on the code, it might happen that journal-file-size is set to 0 if
journal-file-size is < (alignment/2)
