Couple of issues with this PR:
- There are a ton of commits (some of which appear to be duplicates) which
really should be squashed.
- The modifications you've made to the links in address-model.md are not
valid. The documentation is written in Markdown, not HTML. Therefore, the
links should be valid Markdown syntax and not HTML.
