Replace broken affiliate link with direct link
The links (three identical ones on books.html) for the ActiveMQ-in-Action
book are redirecting to a postaffiliatepro.com page. I have replaced them with
a direct link to the manning page, i.e.
https://www.manning.com/books/activemq-in-action.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
