Changing my vote to -1

There is a regression on the AMQP protocol due to commit:
ed8860000f6d9c0dcd71206309ba27a34db2c606 for AMQ-7001 that causes some
fairly common AMQP message types to fail to be re-encoded correctly and
dropped leading to receivers not getting messages they really should get.
