NO-JIRA: CronParserTest is failing in Indian StandardTime
For the current implementation of CronParserTest, the "mvn clean package"
is failing for me at CronParserTest.testgetNextTimeMinutes .
I've put a Fix to Assert the 'next' value in ms and not the difference
which is TimeZone specific value
