I will be traveling next week because a family matter, and I won't be able to be the release manager as the vote would finish at a time I'm gone and unable to do any re-spins if things go wrong... we still need to close a few PRs and me and Francesco (mainly Francesco.. eh eh ) are doing some performance tests to make sure everything is ok.
So, could anyone else be the release manager here? Since Francesco is working on these tests (I know that because I work with him) @Francesco Nigro can you do this 2.7.0 release?
