Hi All, This is the second attempt to release activemq-nms-openwire. I think I've made all the changes requested by Robbie:
1) Used updated version of cmdlet to create zip archive (it helped the last time) and created zips with subdirectories 2) Updated LICENCE and NOTICE files 3) Pushed 1.8.0-rc2 tag to git. As a reminder, this release brings .NET Standard 2.0 support. Please check it and vote accordingly.
