GitHub Issues (and discussions) are now available for activemq-nms-api
repo: https://github.com/apache/activemq-nms-api/issues

I will create the PRs on https://github.com/apache/activemq-nms-amqp and
https://github.com/apache/activemq-nms-openwire repositories.
