I think I have solved the problem. Basically I had bulk import a DB and some edges had the same id(r) (altough distinct ID for start and end nodes). This seems to be the issue, and generated duplicates when trying to update a property. The exact reason is still obscure to me (it should check also start and end node?) but I'm 99% that was the cause -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
