Hi Chathuri,

This is one of the main reasons I was suggesting to use Apache CXF. It's 
basically
the switch of one Maven dependency in the pom unless you are using Jersey
specific stuff and not just JSR-311.

As for the license compatibility, check out: http://s.apache.org/ywT
for some basic guidance. If you are still unsure the Apache Legal committee
([email protected]) is the place to go.

But again I would recommend just using CXF...
