The current gram test module in
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/airavata/sandbox/grid-tools/gram-client/ is a
clone of a legacy test case. Need to clean it up and synchronized with what
GFac uses for job submission so we can have a stand alone test case for
debugging, jglobus porting and also reproducibility tests.
