ApplicationManagerImpl.getServiceDescription is called at least 10 times for a
single workflow run. I was trying to debug a error and add a debug statement to
AiravataJPARegistry.getServiceDescriptor method and those log statement was
printed few times. Ideally it should be one call per component (ideally one per
workflow run)
