Now all manager interfaces (AiravataManager, ApplicationManager, 
WorkflowManager, ProvenanceManager, ExecutionManager) are throwing 
AiravataAPIInvocationException or DescriptorRecordAlreadyExistsException in 
appropriate situations. Exceptions are propagated to user using above mentioned 
classes.
