Saminda Wijeratne resolved AIRAVATA-698.
----------------------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: 0.6
rev. 1428898.
if registry.properties file is not present the registry settings will be read
by airavata-server.properties file if the application is running in server mode
(i.e. at backend) or airavata-client.properties file if the application is
running in client mode (eg: xbaya or 3rd party clients using airavata-api). To
determine if the application is running in server mode or client mode a system
variable is used which get set to server mode when airavata services startup.
> Move the registry related property data included on airavata-client and
> airavata-server properties files instead

> Inorder to remove the confusion of having 2 properties (server side=>
> airavata-server.properties + registry.properties , client-side =>
> airavata-client.properties + registry.properties), we should merge the 2
> properties files and ask only maintain that single property file.
