Saminda Wijeratne resolved AIRAVATA-712.

Resolution: Fixed
Changed most of the log.info(...) messages in to log.debug(...) & log.warn(...)
as deemed appropriate. However we still have INFO level messages that come from
tomcat, jpa & jersey which should be on a more debug level context. At the
moment we cannot control those messages. Thus resolving this issue as fixed for
our Airavata codebase.
