Hi Raminder, I am sending you my file airavata-server.properties. This is the one I have updated to use longer proxy life. I am pretty sure I modified correctly. I even checked empty space in the end of the line. I will another test later. Unfortunately, to test that takes time.
I did another test with phonon task that took just a few minutes, which means, I didn't have to consider the proxy life time. It ran using two Application Services over the same working directory and finished correctly without any problem. I even got the message on Xbaya saying "Workflow finished successfully."
