Hi Sujan, I am not a windows users so unfortunately cannot help much with this 
issues. Can you search in mail archives, there were issues reported and 
solutions on windows build. Also, can you please post any non-gsoc related 
debugging like this one to users mailing lists and raise jira if they are bugs?
