bes.patch-06-May-2013 consist of,
- minor improvements in the JSDL processors while converting jobcontext to
staging-out locations
- added additional check in the AppDescriptorCheckHandler.java to use
OutputDirectory (complimentary to ScratchDir) for constructing staging-out
URIs.
- BESProvider is now using the GSSCredential to retrieve the MyProxy SLC rather
than depending on the GlobusCredential type
