Summary: Improve Logo and Banner text for Airavata

The current logos has served well, but were quickly put together in a hurry
during the project bootstrapping. Wondering if we should revisit these designs.
I will attach current versions. Here are some things I see will be needed:
* Main Logo for the project
* Banner image
* Application icon files to be used for XBaya
* Powered by Airavata logos.
