Suresh Marru resolved AIRAVATA-875.

Resolution: Fixed
Following the openjpa example [1], moved the OGF copyright to xsd annotation
and added a ASF license header. Based on legal feedback on LEGAL-166 will
change this in future. Resolving the issue for now.
