Added a few things --
- A pub sub message queue for fron-tend component communication
- Alert system using the message queue to show alerts (status, errors etc)
- More complete set of views (from Sanchit)

Also, though unrelated, some of the deleted folders and directories in the last 
patch were not deleted (ie /css, /js etc.) This is what my local repo looks like
