Description:
Add a configurable timeout value for the EC2Provider. If this is not there, the
provider will wait til it get the user define standard output. IMV we should
let the user configure it when running the workflow or set it at the descriptor
level.
Since this feature is not mandatory for this release, I'll fix it for 0.8
release.
