Resolution: Fixed
Removed the RangerEcho sample workflow because it is dependended upon having
the ranger configured in the Airavata Server with correct myproxy credentials
which users will not have at most times.
Refactored the samples to a distribution artifact to avoid replicating the
samples and avoid having project structure dependency to make the samples
available.
Added the echo service to test SimpleEcho workflow sample.
In order to help testing the sample with each release we decided its best to
include them in the integration test. Thus we have included the 6 sample
workflows in the integration test [WorkflowSamplesCase]. (currently 4 workflows
are commented-out beacase there is a interminnent failures of running them due
to probably library issues).
