I verified the release 10 min tutorial and did functional testing of GRAM, SSH 
and GSISSH providers. I created the wiki page [1] to describe verification 
steps for the release. I will add details to this page and then we can discuss 
how to motivate these steps. 
Verified the source and release tag. 
Verified notice and license files.
