org.apache.airavata.xbaya.provenance.ProvenanceReader class provides the output
data of the previous execution of an experiment on specified node. If Airavata
is configured to act on provenance and output data is available from a previous
execution application, then WorkflowInterpreter will set output based on the
output from previous execution without executing the actual workflow.
