Thanks, Sachith for the contributions. The wiki pages look good. The sample
code is constructed as unit tests, however, which may make it hard for new
developers easily adapt to their usage. Is there a better way to present
this?
Also one other cleanup is needed: the patch includes an ItelliJ file
(gateway-developer-guide.iml) that you should delete.
