Yeah that would make sense to allow configuring Airavata (or retrieve
configured data) through an API as well. Infact some of the configuration data
residing in the properties files (provance-aware, myproxy data etc.) at the
Airavata server can be allowed to modify on the runtime (given relevance per
gateway).
