In the 0.11 release the Gram properties are changed by clicking the "HPC
Configuration" button. In the ['Edit' -> 'Applications' -> 'Edit Deployment' ->
'HPC Configuration'] section we can successfully edit the Project ID, Job Type
etc. Hence this bug cannot be reproduced in the Airavata 0.11 release.
