Client need to set resourceHostId for every request if the auto schedule is
false. Another information, Airavata have hostName(gsi-trestles) and
hostAddress in the registry descriptor. ComputationalResourceScheduling in
create experiment expect resourceHostId but its really hostAddress not name.
Make sure you send the hostAddress like trestles.sdsc.edu to make request works
fine.
