This patch provides a maven profile (downloadCerts) which can download the grid
certificates and update the airavata-server.properties file. In order for the
maven ant-run-plugin to download the grid certificates using https the
certificate of the web server should be added to the java trust store
($JAVA_HOME/re/lib/security).
