Thanks for reviewing the threads. Yes I mean JGlobus 2.1 which has dependency 
to bc1.49. The current release 2.0.6 has bc1.45 dependency. 

Yes, the bug Terri reported need to be verified in 2.1 branch, as I understood, 
Terri ran into the issue on 2.0.6.  So we need to pool some community effort to 
test, verify and make the release. I have the required karma to do a release, 
but do not have cycles for testing and bug fixes, hence the plea.
