I can't seem to get the correct human-readable time from the value stored in
experimentStatus->timeOfStateChange. For example:
API gives: 1401335892000
PHP date() function gives: Sat, 14 Apr 2007 14:25:04 +0200
PHP DateTime object gives: Mon, 26 Jul 46376 10:00:00 +0000
Can someone verify that the time returned by Airavata is correct?
