Summary: CANCELED an experiment in state CREATED. Got the message
'Experiment Canceled!' but still it has the status as CREATED.

Ideally the status should change to CANCELED.
User should be able to cancel experiments with statuses
CREATED
VALIDATED
LAUNCHED
EXECUTING
SCHEDULED
when canceled the experiment status should change to CANCELING and then to
CANCELED.
