In Stampede can attach incorrect input files for application and launch the
experiment; Experiment and job completes Successfully.
Uploaded input files of Amber application in to WRF and launched the
experiment. Experiment and job both got COMPLETED and also output file and log
got created.
This only happen in stampede. In BR2 and Trestles Job fails.
