Cannot launch FAILED experiments in the PHP gateway. Gives an unhanded exception
In PHP gateway for FAILED experiments Launch button is enabled. When clicked on
Launch gives the unhanded exception in the Experiment Summary page. User is not
given a reason as per why the experiment cannot be launched.
