Shameera, getting the 0.15 distribution, license and notice files correct
will be a wearisome task and yes I will make sure its all merged to master
well. consuming.

Pankaj, I will review the docker file as I get a release candidate ready
and we can brainstorm on them. I am including to have the files into the
release, but not yet as official distribution docker hub (this will take
some time to follow official ASF procedures).
