Hi When I am trying to start airavata servers its throwing connection refused error for
*[INFO] Unable to sendViaPost to url[https://localhost:9443/services/EntitlementPolicyAdminService <https://localhost:9443/services/EntitlementPolicyAdminService>]* *java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused* For other services like amqp, orchestrator, credential store its saying connected. Now when I try to login into my local PGA, its throwing error: *Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 352518913 bytes)* Any idea what needs to be fixed here to make it working for local airavata server?
